Steps:
- Go to page "http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
- Download the "Eclipse IDE for java Developers" using "Windows 32bit" link
- After downloading save the Zip at the appropriate place
- Unzip it
- Open the Eclipse folder
- Click 'eclipse', see the eclipse icon below.
- Eclipse IDE interface would be opened.
